E-shop Chinese Corner is an online shop which offers unique products carefully seleted and imported by us from China. In our e-shop you can find chinese calligraphy and chinese painting supply such as: rice paper, black ink, stones, brushes, hangers etc. We also offer books in english and chinese for those who want to learn more about chinese language, culture and chinese painting. You can also buy products such as: chinese feng shui decorations, china and ceramic tea sets, incenses, censers, maneki-neko cats, stationery and so many more!

1:ORDERS
All orders placed directly in our online store or via allegro.pl, are implemented within 4 working days since reception of payment. Please add delivery time to the implementation time as seen in subsection 2. Payment and Delivery. In case of prolonging the delivery time, You will be informed accordingly via provided email address. We put all the effort to make sure our site resembles our stock in quantity. All prices shown at our page, are gross prices.

We offer international shipping to the EU COUNTRIES listed below: Germany, Lithuania, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Lichtenstein, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia, Austria.
We also offer international shipping to United Kingdom (additional taxes and duties may be charged).
Prices may vary according to the delivery country chosen.
3:RETURN POLICY
Customer may cancel the order if items that are consisted in order are not yet shipped by sending an email at: kontakt@chinskikacik.pl
A customer, who is a natural person, making a purchase in our online store, may return an item without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the order. For each return, the customer is obliged to submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract. (available for download here)
Returned goods must be new and cannot show any signs of usage. The cost of return shipment is borne by the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods by our company to the bank account provided by the customer. Returns should be sent to the following address: Wojska Polskiego 15/6, 80-277 Gdańsk.

4:COMPLAINS
As a customer-friendly company, we make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with our goods, but if the goods prove to be inconsistent with the description, you can use the warranty. In order to start the complaint procedure, please send your application (available for download here) to our email address: kontakt@chinskikacik.pl. All complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item. After a positive consideration of the complaint, you will be refunded the total cost of purchasing the goods to the given bank account number.
