CONVENIENT RETURNS:

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. To do so:

 

  1. Fill out all the details below and pay for the return label via Convenient Returns.

  2. You can also send us the products yourself without using the Convenient Returns service. To do this, please report the return to us by e-mail: kontakt@chinskikacik.pl and send the products to the following address: Sinesis Chiny Kącik, Wojska Polskiego 15/6, 80-277 Gdańsk, courier telephone number: 508 441 783. We do not accept cash on delivery parcels.

  3. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
