 Celadon, or 青瓷 qīngcí, is a type of Chinese ceramic with a greenish tint (it can also be grayish or bluish). It was traditionally produced in the city of Longquan in Zhejiang Province from the 9th century onward. It became widespread in China during the Song Dynasty.
